What is Chair One Fitness On Demand Workouts
Chair One Fitness On-Demand workouts are pre-recorded 30-45min classes. You can select your high intensity or low intensity. These are perfect for at home workouts for personal use or at a community with residents/members.
How do I register for Chair One Fitness On Demand Workouts
Go to https://www.chaironefitness.com/findaworkout and choose ON Demand Workouts. This will take to Vimeo.com where they will either sign into an existing account or create a vimeo account. Once you sign in you will be prompted to enter your billing information.
If you have a promo code you have to apply it during this time. We are not able to retroactively apply promo codes and discounts.
How do I cancle my subscription to On Demand Workouts?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the account that was created for On Demand and cancel the subscription. You will still have access to the subscription until the billing cycle ends.
For example, their billing is on the 10th of every month, they cancel the subscription on the 20th, they will still have access until the 9th of the next month.
How do I get a refund?
Any refund requests need to be made through firstname.lastname@example.org. We only refund requests made within 24-hours of purchase.
You need to provide proof of purchase date in order to honor the refund. All other requests will not be honored.
You are able to cancel your subscription any time to prevent being charged for the next month. Remember, you have access for the rest of the billing month to use at your discretion.
How do I use a promo code
Promo codes are given out to try On Demand Workouts with a discount. You must apply the code before checking out. We are unable to retroactively apply discounts or codes to subscriptions. Refunds will not be issued for failing to apply a promo code.

How can I watch the VOD title that I purchased?
You can view the VODs you’ve bought at any time from the Purchases section of your account. You can get there by first logging in to Vimeo (you can go to this link to log in: https://vimeo.com/log_in). You’ll also want to make sure you're logging in with the correct email address! Hover over your profile picture in the top right corner of the page, then click “Purchases."
Next, select the ‘On-Demand’ tab, which will lead you to this page: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/purchases
There you'll find a list of your purchased and rented VOD titles.
You can also use the VIMEO app to watch your On Demand purchases and rentals on a mobile device by logging in and going to your Library (the middle “Bookmark” icon). Any videos you’ve bought will appear in both the Watch Later and Purchases sections there.
If you’re using a mobile device, you’re able to make those purchases available for offline viewing. To do so, just tap the three dots next to a video (or episode, if it’s a series) and select the “Make available offline” option to start the download. Once the download is finished, you’ll be able to find it in the Offline section of your Library.
Please note that you'll need to be logged in to the same Vimeo account you used to purchase the title originally. If you're not finding your purchases, you’ll want to log out, then back in, to ensure that you’re signed in to the correct account.
As a note, Chair One hasn't enabled the 'download' option for videos purchased using the 'Buy' option when you purchase the VOD, enabling that after a purchase has been made VIMEO won't retroactively grant that kind of access for buyers.
