Q: What is your occupation other than Chair One Fitness Lead Educator

A: Personal Trainer, Coach, Vets Fight On, Group Fitness Instructor, and Master Trainer for WERQ Dance Fitness


Q: What are your hobbies?

A: Spending time with my husband, anything outdoors or being active: exploring nature trails, beach, running, biking, yoga, dance, movies, and reading

Q: Name a challenge you faced as an instructor and how you over came it.

A: Introducing a new format at a fitness facility.

Solution: Offered to sub classes directed towards a similar audience in order to introduce the program and generate interest.

Q: Tell us a precious or funny moment you have experience while teaching

A: Falling while teaching and popping right up like “nothing to see here!” 

Q: Two Fun Facts about you

A: I turn the big 5-0 this year and I’m feeling my absolute best. I Ran my first marathon last year. My goal was to run a marathon before 50. Yay me!

Q: Your fave way to wear a pop of color

A: I like to wear my pop of color on my tanks/shirts

Q: Teaching Tip for Instructors 

A: Know your material (choreography/music) and MOST IMPORTANTLY - be YOURSELF! There are many great instructors out there, but what will ultimately keep your students coming back is their connection to you and your authenticity.
